Privacy Policy & Disclaimer

Effective 6 October 2026 · Applies to the Thomson Reserve interactive 3D map at thomsonreserveuol.com/3d and the registration forms on it.

In short: we ask for your name and mobile number (or a CEA number if you are a PropNex agent) so you can use the 3D map and so we can follow up on your interest in Thomson Reserve. We use it only for that, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

This website is run by a licensed PropNex real estate salesperson marketing Thomson Reserve. It is an independent marketing site and is not the developer's official website. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean the site owner. For any question or request about your data, use the enquiry form on thomsonreserveuol.com and mention that it is a privacy request.

2. What personal data we collect

If you are…	We collect
A buyer / enquirer	Your name and mobile number that you type into the registration form; your consent tick; the page address and the date and time you registered. If you use WhatsApp approval, the reference code shown to you, and the details in the WhatsApp message you choose to send us.
A PropNex agent	Your CEA registration number. It is checked in your browser against an anonymous list; we do not collect your name or phone from the agent form.
Making a showflat booking or enquiry on our main website	The details you enter in that form (for example name, phone, preferred date).
Any visitor	Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in standard web-server logs. The 3D map itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not ask for NRIC/FIN numbers, financial details, passwords or payment information on the 3D map.

3. Why we use it

To let you in to the 3D map, unit explorer and sun & facade tools after registration.
To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about Thomson Reserve, such as unit availability, price information, floor plans and showflat appointments, but only after you have given consent.
To verify that a registrant is a PropNex agent.
To keep the site secure, fix problems and prevent abuse.
To meet legal or regulatory duties.

Our legal basis is your consent under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), given when you tick the consent box. You can withdraw it at any time (section 7).

4. Where your data goes

Our own website. Registration details are sent to our WordPress site at thomsonreserveuol.com and stored in its private "Leads" list. An email notification may be sent to the site administrator. Only the site owner and administrators can read the list.
Your browser. The map saves small items in your own browser (local storage), not cookies: your registration status, a retry copy of a registration that could not be sent, and a WhatsApp reference code. Clearing your browser data removes them.
WhatsApp. If WhatsApp approval is switched on and you tap the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message to us. What you send is then handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
SMS code (if switched on). We may use Twilio to send a one-time code to your mobile number. Twilio then processes your number to deliver the SMS, under its own privacy policy.
Map imagery and fonts. The 3D map loads satellite images from Esri (ArcGIS). Esri's servers receive your IP address and the map area requested, like any web-based map.
Our main website may use Google Analytics (via a plugin) to count visits. That applies to the main pages, not to the 3D map code described above.
Hosting is provided by Namecheap, which stores the website files and the WordPress database.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, who handle it on our behalf, or where the law requires. Some of these providers are outside Singapore, so your data may be transferred overseas; we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

5. How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS; leads are stored as private entries that the public cannot see; access is limited to the site owner and administrators; and we keep passwords and service keys out of the page code. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as NRIC numbers or bank details through the website.

6. Do Not Call and marketing messages

If your number is on the Singapore Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, we will contact you only if you have clearly consented to being contacted, as you do by ticking the box on the form. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will stop.

7. Your rights

Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Withdraw consent to being contacted, or ask us to delete your data.

Send your request through the enquiry form on thomsonreserveuol.com, with your name and the mobile number you registered with. We will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer give you access to the registered features of the 3D map. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg) if you have a complaint.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has registered, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to or open other websites and apps (for example WhatsApp, Google Maps or the developer's site). We are not responsible for how they handle your data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
